What we collect

When you RSVP with Google, we store your name, email, and a Google-issued opaque user identifier. When you fill in the RSVP form we also store the days you're attending, your contact email, any dietary or allergy notes you enter, and the names and (optional) emails of guests you bring.

What we do with it

Tiernan uses this data solely to plan and run the event. We'll email you day-of details, calendar invites, and updates. We'll never sell or share it with third parties outside the tools that make the event work (email delivery, calendaring, hosting).

Deleting your data

Ask Tiernan and he'll wipe your record on the spot. After the weekend, RSVP data is retained for 60 days for post-event memories, then permanently deleted.

Cookies

One session cookie set by our authentication library so you stay signed in. No analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.
